Return & Refund Policy


Indarti Silver’s main priority is your satisfaction. Before you open your package, you need to record the unboxing process without pausing or editing. If you have received a damaged, incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, please notify us immediately by email.

If we decide to accept your complaint, you will receive an email from our team. Please return the damaged item to Indarti Silver, and we can give you a credit at Indarti Silver that can be used in your next order, according to the price of the damaged item (not including the shipping cost).

Damaged items must be returned within 5 days after the complaint is verified by our team.



We always try to fulfill all our obligations as a seller so that the order reaches the buyer or the recipient appointed by the buyer. We cannot accept requests for refunds for goods that do not reach the buyer or the recipient designated by the buyer, because the shipping company cannot hand over the goods to the buyer or the recipient appointed by the buyer. (eg the buyer or recipient appointed by the buyer is not in place, the address cannot be found etc). All risks after our goods are handed over to the shipping company are the buyer's risk. If there is a problem with the delivery, we will mediate with the shipping company.

Refunds may be issued in certain special cases with prior agreement with our team, which we will do via PayPal.
